My tracking isn't working. What now?

We ship the club kits via several different methods.  The tracking email only allows us to provide the tracking link for one of these methods.  Therefore, we use the method used for the bulk of the kits (FedEx SmartPost is the most common carrier).  If you track your package with this link and it says tracking unavailable, please use one of these methods:

If your tracking number begins with 9, your package can be tracked through USPS.com.

If your tracking number begins with 6, your package can be tracked through FedEx.com or USPS.com.  Please note, it may take several days before it is trackage through USPS.com.  USPS has to receive the package from FedEx before the tracking is available on their website.

If your tracking number begins with 8, your package can be tracked through UPSmailinnovations.com.  Several customers have experienced trouble tracking these packages for some reason.  Please feel free to email us at support@spanglerscienceclub.com and we will be happy to provide you with the latest update from the carrier.
