How long will it take for my package to arrive?

STEM Snack and STEM Lab Deluxe ship out around the 5th of each month.  STEM Lab ships out around the 20th of each month.  The packages will be delivered by your local mail service within 15 - 30 days of the shipping dates. You may receive tracking information, but some countries might loose tracking visibility once it arrives within your country. 

Please contact us at [e-mail] if your order has not arrived within this time period and we will start an investigation with the carrier. The Spangler Science Club will not be responsible for undeliverable kits due to incorrect shipping addresses.
