What if I want to send this as a gift, but I do not want it to renew?

Since this is a subscription service, we do not have an option for you not to auto-renew.  You can cancel your subscription before the renewal date, but if you cancel after the renewal, we are unable to cancel and refund your current subscription.  The renewal information is outlined in your welcome email once you sign up.

You also have the option to purchase single kits from our retail site - SteveSpanglerScience.com.  Click on STORE and select STEM in a Box.  These are non-subscription kits and will ship within 48 hours of you placing your order.  There is no waiting period like there is with the subscription service.
